Most insurance carriers (HMOs) offer various plans with different benefits. While we may participate with your insurance plan, it does not guarantee 100% coverage. Your insurance carrier will provide information regarding plan participation and out-of-pocket payments. If you have any questions about your insurance coverage, please contact our Customer Care staff on 0909 888 9015.

Before scheduling an appointment, please enquire with your health insurance plan about coverage details. We accept a wide range of insurance and contracted managed care plans at Procare Hospital. However, if Procare Hospital is not included in your health plan, but you prefer to access care here, you have several options:

  1. Appeal to your insurance company/HMO.
  2. Seek organizations that offer financial assistance.
  3. Negotiate a payment plan with us.
